Faulty or damaged items

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but we manufacture (and deliver) by humans, not robots so very occasionally a product may develop a manufacturers fault or arrive damaged. We will do everything we can to resolve this situation to your satisfaction.

Brolly Sheets is so confident of the quality of our products we offer a 12 month guarantee on all products!

The guarantee starts on the day you purchase our products.

If you email us at info@vauxhallgroup.com and can attach a photo – we can get it sorted very quickly in most cases. We will send you out a UPS shipping label that allows you to return your parcel at your local UPS office.

Change of mind returns

We know life is busy and sometimes you order the wrong size, the wrong colour or you order a product you don't actually need. We will happily refund your product within 90 days of purchase.

Returned items must be unused items and be returned undamaged in their original packaging to our. Sorry – we can't accept change of mind returns where the item has been used.

Donation of change of mind returns

We’re proud to donate all change of mind and/or unused products to our partner, The Shepherd’s Crook Orphan Ministry.

The Shepherd’s Crook Orphan Ministry, founded by Kathy & Scott Rosenow, are a small non-profit located near Cincinnati, Ohio. They support special needs orphans by partnering with adoption agencies to match children with families who can adopt them. Their Family Coordinators also provide support to these families during the difficult process of the adoption, and in many cases, also after the child comes home.

Brolly Sheets USA has a passion for helping others, and that’s why we’re happy to support The Shepherd’s Crook Orphan Ministry, by ensuring these donations go to consumers who need them most.

Sending an item back for exchange

If you would like us to return for an exchange you will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

Please email us a info@vauxhallgroup.com regarding the address to send an item back for exchange.

Clearance Products

Our usual returns policy does not apply to Clearance Items, so please check all details carefully before ordering. Clearance items can not be returned for refund or exchanged for other products, however, if your clearance items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under local law to provide a remedy.

Missing Orders

If for some reason your order has not arrived, please contact us for a trace. If you have not notified us within 1 month of your order date, we cannot offer any compensation or replacement stock.
