How do I use a Brolly Sheet?

Just place your Brolly Sheet on top of the fitted sheet and tuck the wings in under the mattress to hold in place.   The quilted side is the upper surface to be slept on.

It’s a good idea to have two – one on the bed and one in the wash – so you’re never caught out.  What’s more, they’re a cinch to wash; simply throw in the machine and then in the dryer or on the line.  Remember - hot wash and dry will melt the waterproofing, so use cold or warm temperatures.

How do I wash my Brolly Sheet?

Brolly Sheets are designed to be easy to change and easy to wash.  Just pop in the wash with like colours and wash with cold or warm water.  No soaking is needed.  You can tumble dry on a low heat.

Do not:

Hot wash or hot dry Iron or dry clean - we know this isn’t likely – but we have to say it ☺ Use bleach or fabric softeners.

How much do they hold?

Our Brolly Sheets are used for kids and adults alike so they are super absorbent.  They hold 2 litres which is more than enough for kids and most adults.

Sometimes we discontinue colours / products of they haven’t been very popular.  It doesn’t happen very often, but it can happen.

The guarantee starts on the day you purchase our products.

In the rare instance you are dissatisfied with a product or the product is faulty (equally rare), get in touch with us and we will get you sorted.

What is your privacy policy?

The short version is:  We will never share your information with any third party.  Who is a third party?  Well, the first party is us and the second party is you.  So a third party is anyone other than you and us. And we just don’t go there.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

We start to pack your order as soon as we receive it so we can get it on its way to you asap.   So changes can be a bit tricky. 


Hopefully we can catch it before it leaves our warehouse.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, just send us an email with your name and order number and what you would like to exchange.  We need the items back in saleable (unused condition), and in their original packaging.

I would like to return my order

We know life is busy and sometimes you order the wrong size, the wrong colour or you order a product you don't actually need. We will happily refund your product within 90 days of purchase. Or help you with an exchange if you prefer.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged

Crikey, that’s a bother. Luckily for us it doesn’t happen very often.   Send us an email and tell us what you ordered and your order number and we‘ll get you sorted asap.

My order never arrived

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number.  If that doesn’t work, send us an email, tell us what you ordered and your order number and we’ll get right onto tracking it down for you.

What if I have changed my mind?
