We will be happy to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault or are unusable for the purpose described.
FaultsIn the rare case where you have received a faulty item, we will happily refund or replace your items in full. Just contact us and let us know what the problem is. We have to be notified of any faults within 6 months of purchase date.
If you change your mind or made an error with your orderIf you find you have ordered the wrong size or would like to change the colours in your order, we will make a change where possible if you have notified us prior to shipping.
If your order has been shipped, we will happily exchange your order or refund your purchase for unused items within 30 days of receipt if returned undamaged in their original packaging to our warehosue in Atlanta, Georgia. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you would be required to pay a new delivery charge to get the new stock delivered to you. Please make sure you put a note with your returned stock so we know who it is from.
